Beech House 1875 is a historic cottage-style home in the Flemish region of Belgium thoughtfully renovated and restored to capture a timeless aesthetic while maintaining the building's history.

The home is now available as a location hire for photo and film productions.

Kate Davison Eyckerman is a California expat currently living and loving life outside of Antwerp, Belgium. She is an exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented individual with a dynamic background in creative strategy and archival theory. Always curious and collaborative, Kate is now exploring new and exciting opportunities through her company, an⋅a⋅logue. She strives to incorporate her love for design and visual strategy into her work, providing clients with stunning solutions that stand the test of time.

Kate first made waves in San Francisco with home tours featured in Dwell Magazine, Rue Magazine, The Everygirl, and more. She often hosted photoshoots for many brands, including Herman Miller, Serena & Lilly, Houzz and Google. After moving to Belgium, she wanted to find a new home where she could create a space to host again. She renovated her current home, Beech House 1875, with her husband, Arthur, and is excited to finally open its doors as a production location.
